We, the residents of Brooklyn and other concerned New Yorkers, believe that Shaya Boymelgreen’s irresponsible development must be corrected. Fair wages and safe working conditions should be guaranteed for all the workers that live and labor in our neighborhood. Affordable housing should be a component for any development that accepts government tax abatements or displaces the existing, middle- and low-income community.
